  • Stitching: 3 years
  • Leather Samoa / Namibo / Natura: 5 years
  • Leather Mammut: 2 years
  • Fabrics: 2 or 3 years
  • Mechanisms and parts: 2 years
  • Electrical parts: 2 years

Would you like to report a problem?

Your Recor sofa or armchair is made to last a long time. The warranty on the various parts applies to normal use. If you experience a problem, please contact the store of purchase as soon as possible. They will contact us so that we can find a solution together. If complaints are justified within the warranty period, they will be resolved free of charge. Once the warranty period has expired, certain repairs are still possible for a fee.

This warranty is valid for new products. This warranty is not transferable and does not apply to showroom models. Only well-maintained sofas are accepted for repair from a hygienic point of view. 

Excluded from warranty

The warranty does not apply to abnormal use. Below you will find some examples (not exhaustive):

  • Damage due to rough use, overload or transport damage
  • Damage caused by belts or other sharp objects
  • Damage caused by pets
  • Damage caused by the use of chemicals for cleaning and maintaining the seating furniture. The use of cleaning and maintenance products will void your warranty.
  • Damage caused by direct sunlight
  • Damage caused by exposure to heat sources (keep at least 0.5 m away)
  • Damage due to use of the armrests, backrests, headrests, footboards as a seat
  • Damage due to the influence of color pigment from external sources such as jeans, plaids, etc.
  • Damage caused by lack of care or external pollution
  • Damage to furniture placed in public areas such as hotels, restaurants, etc
  • Damage or pollution caused by, for example, body sweat, body or hair care products, acetone, other chemicals
  • Discoloration caused by ingredients of medicines (toxic reaction)
